In 1981, Dr. Schulte co-founded The Schulte Institute with his wife, Marjorie, and began offering multidisciplinary outpatient care. As an active speaker for pharmaceutical companies, Dr. Schulte has lectured on antidepressants, antipsychotics, and mood stabilizers. His ongoing commitment to educating physicians about the treatment of depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder remains central to his career.

Today, Dr. Schulte provides expert care in both medication management and psychotherapy, drawing on his extensive experience in various forms of psychotherapy.
