Our Approach to Psychiatric Care

At The Schulte Institute, we believe that effective psychiatric treatment goes beyond symptom management. True well-being requires evaluating the full scope of a person’s experience — the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions that shape how we think, feel, and function. Our providers take the time to truly listen to each patient, integrating those insights into personalized treatment plans that reflect your specific needs, goals, and life circumstances.

We specialize in advanced, evidence-based treatments for conditions that have not responded adequately to traditional approaches. Our practice offers NeuroStar Advanced TMS Therapy — the number-one physician-recommended transcranial magnetic stimulation system in the United States — for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), depression with comorbid anxiety, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). We also offer Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression and MDD with acute suicidal ideation, as well as off-label TMS for conditions including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, bipolar depression, and cognitive impairment. To explore the full range of what we treat, visit our Conditions Treated page.

Your privacy and confidentiality are protected at the highest level of integrity in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We also understand the value of your time — our team makes every effort to keep appointments punctual, return calls promptly, and process medication refills efficiently. Whether you are coming to us for a first consultation or are already established in our care, we are dedicated to making every interaction as seamless and supportive as possible. We offer both in-person appointments at our Scottsdale office and telemedicine appointments for added flexibility.
